Not Quite 75 Hard — But Still Pretty Hardcore: My 58 Day Reset
You ever hit that point where you’re just… over it? The sluggishness, the snacking, the zero motivation — all of it? Yeah, same. I’ve been in a bit of a funk lately. Nothing dramatic, just that slow build of “ugh” that creeps in when I stop doing the things that make me feel like me.
So today, I decided I’m done with the spiral. And instead of waiting for the perfect Monday or a magical wave of motivation, I’m starting now — with a challenge I’m calling 58 Hard.
It’s basically 75 Hard’s chill (but still committed) cousin — just with a little more grace and a little less chaos. Why 58? Because that’s how many days I’ve got until Arbonne’s annual conference — and I want to walk into that event feeling strong, clear, and proud of how I’ve shown up for myself.
Here’s the plan I’m sticking to every day for the next 58 days:
10,000 steps a day (with my weighted vest because we’re leveling up over here)
One 30-minute workout — movement, not punishment
128 oz of water — because hydration is a love language
Read + podcast — fuel for the mind and soul
Progress pic — not for vanity, but for accountability
No junk food, candy, or fast food — even when it’s calling my name
No crazy rules. No all-or-nothing energy. Just me, recommitting to the habits that help me feel energized, grounded, and in control.
I’m not doing this to shrink myself. I’m doing it to show myself what’s possible when I follow through. To rebuild trust with myself. And to prove (again) that change doesn’t have to start on a Monday — it starts the moment you decide you’re ready.
So here’s to 58 days of intention, discipline, and feeling like that girl again.
